Aisha does not blindly accept that idea as a child. She questions the stories about her supposedly extraordinary brother and initially suspects that Rudeus may be someone unworthy of her loyalty.

Gardening and Rice Cultivation
Aisha enjoys gardening, even though Lilia initially prefers that she concentrate on maid work. Rudeus later gives her land where she can grow plants.
Her most impressive achievement is successfully cultivating rice in an environment whose weather is poorly suited to the crop. The result gives Rudeus access to a food from his previous life that he had deeply missed.
She also raises a plant monster named Beat, training it to remain obedient and eventually using it as part of the household’s security.
6. The Shirone Kingdom Rescue That Changed Aisha’s View of Rudeus
During the Teleport Incident, four-year-old Aisha and Lilia are transported to the Shirone Kingdom.
They become trapped inside the royal palace and are eventually used by Prince Pax Shirone as bait connected to Roxy Migurdia. Throughout their confinement, Lilia continues educating Aisha and preparing her to serve Rudeus.
Aisha remains skeptical. She has never met her brother, and the private item Lilia protects in his name makes him seem more suspicious than heroic.
The Knight of the Shadow Moon
After escaping the palace guards, Aisha meets Rudeus without realizing who he is. Following Hitogami’s advice, Rudeus hides his identity and presents himself under the alias Knight of the Shadow Moon.
Aisha asks him to help send a letter and rescue her mother. As they speak, she reveals how little faith she has in the older brother Lilia constantly praises.
Rudeus’ disguise is not especially convincing. Aisha studies his reactions, notices the mistakes around his false identity and gradually works out the truth.
When Rudeus rescues Lilia and resolves the crisis, Aisha’s opinion changes completely. The brother she had doubted proves to be even more capable than the stories.
From that point forward, she chooses to serve him of her own will.
7. Aisha and Norn: A Rivalry Built on Comparison
After Shirone, Aisha and Lilia reunite with Paul and Norn in Millis. The girls receive education in culture and noble etiquette while living around the Latreia family.
Aisha repeatedly surpasses Norn in academic and practical tasks. Instead of celebrating both children differently, the adults around them allow comparison to define the relationship.
Norn develops an inferiority complex. Aisha becomes increasingly defensive and competitive. Claire Latreia’s treatment of Aisha as the daughter of a second wife makes the situation worse.
When the sisters later move to Rudeus’ home in Sharia, their conflict continues.
Rudeus encourages Norn to attend the Ranoa Magic University and allows her to live in the dormitory. Aisha passes his demanding assessment and demonstrates that school has little to offer her, so she stays at home as a maid.
To Aisha, Rudeus’ effort to support Norn can initially look like favoritism. Their arguments become sharper until Rudeus helps them speak honestly and stop treating every difference as a contest.

Rudeus acquires Linia Dedoldia while resolving her debt. Linia is powerful and charismatic, but she is poorly suited to housework and creates tension inside the Greyrat home.
Aisha is asked to find a productive role for her.
Rather than forcing Linia into work she cannot perform, Aisha identifies the value of her personality, reputation and connections. With startup money from Rudeus, Aisha and Linia create the Rude Mercenary Company.

The company begins by offering protection and mercenary services. It also recruits capable workers for Zanoba’s doll shops and later supports the wider operations connected to Orsted.
Linia attracts people. Aisha builds the system that keeps them working together.
She manages finances, operations, recruitment and expansion. The company establishes offices beyond Sharia, including branches in the Asura Kingdom, Millishion and the King Dragon Kingdom.
Although Rudeus is listed as president, Aisha becomes the adviser, vice president and practical leader of the organization.

The video also references supplementary lore describing a timeline in which Rudeus is not present to reshape the family’s future.
In that version of events, Aisha still develops into an exceptional magic knight connected to the Asura Kingdom. She advances through the magical military structure, becomes an important deputy leader and lives a comparatively conventional adult life.
This alternate route reinforces the same idea seen in the main timeline: Aisha’s intelligence is not created by Rudeus. His presence changes where she uses it.
